Evening The sun doth set and the moon then rise The darkness cloaks the once bright sky. The stars do pinwheels in the midnight They dance and whirl, oh! what a sight!
The auburn glow of the fading sun Makes me feel that all is now one. When dusk and fog then take the day I look for stars to guide my way.
They make a brightness deep within And let me know they are my kin. If these words you don't believe, Just look within and all will you see.
And to the moon in all her wonder, Bright moonbeams through distant thunder Touch my brow and soul within She is my Sister, next of Kin.
